At this time, all orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service  regular mail. We’ll provide you with a tracking number for your order.  Please allow about 5-7 business days for us to process and mail your order.

Returns
Before returning an item, please email us, stating your order code and informing the reason for the return. Mountain and Jingles work very hard to ensure the quality of their products.

Products must be returned using regular standard mail. We’ll gladly refund the cost of shipping if you submit your receipt along with the returned item. You’ll have the option of replacing with the same item, an item of same value or we can refund your credit card upon receiving the return.
